Headquartered in Queenstown, MD, our team of dedicated repair technicians is dispatched directly from their homes and cover a 9-state territory that includes Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Southeastern New York state (but not New York City or Long Island), Pennsylvania, Southeastern Ohio, Virginia, the panhandle of West Virginia, as well as Washington, D.C.
The division sells new Bace balers and compactors, Rudco waste containers, and new Minuteman walk-behind and rider-on, floor sweepers and scrubbers. The team also services and repairs all makes of balers, compactors, floor-cleaning equipment as well as loading dock equipment and motorized shopping carts.
Retail Services is also your source for refurbishment to existing equipment, planned maintenance and safety inspections, and important baler and compactor clean-out services.
