Eastern Lift Truck Co. is first and foremost a service provider. The company was founded in 1971 with the goal of becoming the best service and material handling and storage products support partner in the industry. As the company has grown and added an increasing variety of products, it has added commensurate support resources. We’re known for good service and strive to make sure every customer has a positive experience, every time they work with us.

More than half of our 1,000 employees work in the Parts and Service Departments. Our shop and road technicians service and repair all makes, models and types of forklifts, mobile elevating work platforms, dock and door equipment, mobile railcar movers, terminal tractors, balers, compactors, floor cleaning equipment, conveyor, wrapping machines and more.

Parts support is provided by our knowledgeable staff and an $8.1 million-dollar inventory of parts and aftermarket products. We also partner with several hundred O.E.M. (original equipment manufacturer) partners for parts, warranty and technical support.

Additionally, all Eastern Lift Truck Co. customers are paired with a dedicated Customer Service Representative who acts as their main point of contact for parts, service, training and other issues. Eastern Lift Truck Co. Account Manager are also available to assist with new, used and rental equipment projects.

Our Fleet Management team focuses on helping customers drive down their material handling expenses through the use of cloud-based telemetry, wireless monitoring, remote hour meter tracking, and impact sensing. Ask us about Hyster Tracker and Yale Vision impact cameras.

Finally, Eastern Lift Truck Co.’s Training Dept., which is staffed by trainers with an average of 25 years’ experience, provides OSHA-complaint training and certification programs, as well as train-the-trainer and technical training. In 2020, the Department began offering a full range of on-line training courses.
